Moving In

I moved into the monastery this weekend. The actual ordeal wasn't too difficult. The hardest part was finding parking in Cambridge. My girlfriend was a huge help, but then again that is not surprising.

I was given me the weekend off to "aclimate." This is especially convenient since my mother and three of our friends are on retreat here at the monastery. My duties will begin soon, though.

I am very thankful for my time in here; I was given me a chance to stay in greater Boston for another year, and to try new things in my life. I look forward to working or worshiping here.

My first blog

So I guess my summer is going pretty well. I am working at a day care near Davis Square in Somerville, MA. The kindergartners I teach are tremendously fun, yet exhausting. Maybe one day I will bring in pictures to share of them.

I am spending the summer with my beautiful and wonderful girlfriend, Stacey. That has really been a treat. Stacey and I are best friends, and the extra time we share has truly been a blessing to me.
