What a great way to start your morning. This simple yoga sequence is a easy and bright way to greet the sun each morning. Feel free to run through it more than once, and slower than the person in the video is going. Remember your breath, and focus on the greeting the sun.
If you like, try this mantra:
The eternal, earth, air, heaven
That glory, that resplendence of the sun
May we contemplate the brilliance of that light
May the sun inspire our minds.
